These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Website and the Service. 2.2. The Service is intended for Users who already have a valid Ticket / Access Right and can confirm it via the mechanisms provided on the Website (e.g., email/code/identifier). 2.3. By using the Website and/or the Service, the User fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms as amended from time to time (acceptance). 2.4. These Terms govern only the use of the Website and the seat selection/reservation/confirmation functionality. The terms of ticket purchase (including price, payment, refunds/exchanges, ticket categories and other purchase-related terms), where applicable, are governed by separate rules/documents applicable at the time of ticket purchase and are not amended by these Terms. 3. Subject Matter 3.1. The Administrator provides the User with access to the Website and the Service on an “as is” basis for the purposes of: (a) User authentication; (b) submission by the User of the data required to provide the Service; (c) selection/reservation/confirmation of a Seat, where permitted by the Service rules and available in the seating plan. 3.2. The Administrator does not guarantee the availability of any particular Seat. Availability depends on the current seating plan, venue restrictions, categories/quotas, technical limits and other users’ actions. 4. Authentication and Security 4.1. Access to the Service is granted after the User authenticates. Authentication is performed using the User’s email address and a one-time password (OTP) sent to such email address, or in another manner specified on the Website. 4.2. The OTP is used only to confirm sign-in (authentication). Re-entering an OTP is not required for seat selection/reservation/confirmation, unless expressly provided on the Website in exceptional cases (e.g., suspicious activity). 4.3. The User must keep access to their email account secure and must not disclose the OTP and/or any other data enabling access to the Service to any third party. 4.4. Any actions performed in the Service after successful authentication are deemed performed by the User unless proven otherwise. 4.5. The Administrator may restrict or block the User’s access to the Service if suspicious activity is detected, if there are attempts to bypass restrictions, repeated failed sign-in attempts, or other indications of breach of these Terms. 5. Data Provided by the User 5.1. To use the Service, the User provides the following data (depending on the Website form): first name, last name, phone number, city, country, email address. 5.2. The User warrants that the provided data is accurate and up to date. 5.3. The Administrator may request confirmation of the User’s right to use the Service (e.g., verification by email, internal identifier, lists or other grounds) and may deny access if such grounds are absent. 6. Seat Selection / Reservation / Confirmation Rules 6.1. The User selects a Seat from the options available at the time of selection within the User’s authenticated session. 6.2. The specific status and confirmation rules are stated on the Website and form an integral part of these Terms. 6.3. The User understands and agrees that the Administrator may: (a) set limits on Seat changes; (b) set time limits/deadlines for Seat selection; (c) assign a Seat automatically if the User fails to select a Seat before the selection period ends. 6.4. Due to security requirements, venue regulations, decisions of the organizer/venue and other circumstances, the seating plan and/or specific Seats may be changed. In such case, the Administrator will, where reasonably possible, provide the User with an alternative Seat of a comparable zone/category or another option stated on the Website. 6.5. Seat selection/reservation/confirmation via the Service is not a ticket purchase and does not create new proprietary rights for the User beyond the right to use the Service within these Terms and the rules published on the Website. 6.6. If the User loses the right to attend the Event (e.g., ticket refund/cancellation or breach of rules), the Administrator may cancel the reservation/confirmation and restrict access to the Service. 7. The Administrator may: (a) change the Service functionality, interfaces and Seat selection rules, provided that the updated information is published on the Website; (b) temporarily suspend the Website for maintenance; (c) restrict access in case of breach of these Terms or for technical/security reasons; (d) keep logs of the User’s actions for security, fraud prevention and Service improvement purposes. 7.4. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Website and the Service solely for the purposes stated in these Terms. 8.3. The User must not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, scrape/extract data, or otherwise use the Website elements beyond the granted license. 9. Personal Data 9.1. The Administrator processes the User’s personal data in accordance with the privacy/data processing notices published on the Website and applicable law. (For clarity: a link to the relevant document(s) is published on the Website.) 9.2. Using the Service implies that the User provides the data listed in Section 5 for the purposes of providing the seat selection/reservation/confirmation Service, ensuring security and communicating with the User on service-related matters. 9.3. OTP messages and other notifications required for the Service operation are service messages, not marketing messages, unless otherwise expressly stated and separate consent is obtained where required. 10. Liability and Disclaimers 10.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Administrator is not liable for: (a) temporary unavailability of the Website for reasons beyond the Administrator’s reasonable control (provider outages, DDoS, connectivity issues, third-party actions); (b) the User’s inability to access their email account or loss of control over it; (c) mismatch between the User’s expectations and the actual availability of particular Seats. 10.2. The Administrator is not responsible for the organization, content or holding of the Event unless otherwise expressly stated on the Website (the responsible party may be the organizer/venue/partner). 10.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and for all actions performed within the User’s authenticated session. 10.4. In case of breach of these Terms, the Administrator may restrict the User’s access to the Service and/or cancel the reservation/confirmation. 11. Amendments to the Terms 11.1. The Administrator may amend these Terms unilaterally. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Website unless a different effective date is specified. 11.2. Continued use of the Website after amendments means the User agrees to the updated Terms. 12. Final Provisions 12.1. These Terms and the parties’ relationship are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory rules of the applicable law provide otherwise. 12.2. Pre-claim procedure (if applicable): requests may be sent to the Administrator’s email: info@megacampus.com. The review period is 10 business days unless a different period is required by law. 12.3. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. 12.4. The current version of these Terms is always available on the Website.
